Dr Cathy Fraser - Marketing Manager
Cathy works as a psychotherapist, drawing on her 20 years’ experience in general practice. Her main creative interest is in music. She has played annually in the Australian Doctors Orchestra since its inception in 1993. She was President of ADO from 2003 -2007 and continues to be active on the national committee. She founded and has managed the NSW Doctors Orchestra, alias “Musicus Medicus”, since 2004. Both orchestras perform annually in aid of medically related charities. She has welcomed CDN as a potential catalyst to further develop her other creative passions, including photography, poetry and writing.

Dr Renee Lim - Sponsorship/ Events
Renee has been singing, dancing and acting since she was 5.  She has been working professionally in the field for many years, on stage and screen, and is also involved in writing, choreography, production and directing.  Her experience has allowed her to delve into the realm of teaching which she also finds very rewarding.  Medicine didn't enter her life till she was 17, but has since become an equal passion in her life.  She works as a locum doctor to allow for the randomness of the performing industry, but has a special interest in Emergency Medicine and Geriatrics, and manages to fit in about 4-5 shifts of work a week.
Dr Helen Parsons - Secretary/ Events
Helen Parsons works as a medical administrator in Sydney. Her experiences as part of her work in Asia, South America and Africa have influenced her creative directions. Helen’s creative interests include textile art, research, conservation, and writing. Her mixed media textile art is a contemporary interpretation of traditional embroidery and lace-making techniques.  Helen plans to explore sculptural and fashion influences in her work in the future. She is also President of The Cavalcade of History and Fashion, a non profit volunteer group, which preserves a collection of 2000 gowns dating from the late 1700s, all worn and donated by Australian women and their families. The collection is exhibited throughout NSW to raise money for charitable and historical organisations.
Dr Elizabeth Desovska - Photographer/ Writing Coordinator
Eli works as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist in private practice in the CBD. She has been a long standing consumer of the arts attending art galleries, theatre, film, dance and live music of various genres. Her active creative interests are mainly in writing and photography. More recently, her ambition is to collaborate in film making, with script feedback and producing.
