We will be hosting four webinars starting from 10am:

• Managing Difficult Patient Interactions and Complaints;
• Medicare Billing and Compliance.

Presenters from the Department of Health and HWL Ebsworth Lawyers will join AMA (NSW) Director of Workplace Relations, Ms Dominique Egan and Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, Ms Juliette Paterson for the presentation of the four webinars.

Registration for the event will permit yourself to attend certain webinars or all four webinars. The webinars will be run off one Zoom link and participants can join for some or all of the presentations.
