In response to the significant volume of inquiries we have been receiving regarding rostering and staffing arrangements for the COVID vaccination rollout, the Workplace Relations Team invites you to a 30 minute Q&A style webinar on Thursday 15 April from 1.00pm.
Our experienced Workplace Relations Advisors will be talking through different types of employment arrangements and what you can and cannot do with your staff. We know the challenges of planning for “when the vaccine comes”, so whether you are gearing up for extended hours, preparing for mass vaccinations or planning for a busy period, this webinar will have the information you need. We will be covering variations to contracted hours, paying penalty rates, working on Saturdays and part time employees working extra hours.
