The rules governing the prescribing, supply and management of medicines in NSW are changing.

From November 5, 2026, the existing legislation will be replaced by the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2022 and the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2026, introducing a range of changes applying to medical practitioners.
