“1. More admin staff to provide support regarding rosters, pay, leave, functioning of the hospital 2. Recognition that we are a busy regional hospital that needs more staff.”
“Increased staffing to help medical admin improve rostering, increased senior support that is lost with a VMO model, and more facilities and services so we are not at the mercy of assistance from Queensland Health who often make it difficult to treat NSW patients appropriately, as they provide the necessary services across the border.”
