2025 Hospital Health Check Survey – Now Closed
The 2025 survey launched on Monday 15 September and is now closed.
AMA (NSW) Hospital Health Check asked doctors-in-training (DITs) about their experiences at hospitals where they worked in the past 12 months.
This survey serves as a powerful advocacy tool, helping assess hospital performance and identify improvements in the healthcare system to better support DITs as they progress through their careers.
This year, independent research company ORIMA conducted the survey on behalf of AMA (NSW), running it over five weeks.
Survey topics included:
- Rostering schedules
- Rostered and un-rostered overtime
- Access to sick leave when needed
- Unacceptable workplace behaviours such as bullying and harassment
- Satisfaction with available facilities
All participants were entered into a draw to win one of four $250 GiftPay vouchers.
