Charitable Foundation Donations

To help the AMA (NSW) Charitable Foundation fund projects, where a real and immediate difference can be made to people in need, you can make a tax-deductible donation in one of two ways:

You will then be taken to PayPal where you can enter your credit card details on a secure page.

Then follow the instructions on the form to return it by mail or fax.
