Ask Me Anything: Medical Leadership and Career Planning

13 October 2021 - 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm UTC+0

Join AMA (NSW) healthcare leaders for an in-depth discussion on advocacy, leadership and your career progression.

Dr Michael Bonning, Chair of AMA (NSW) Council and Dr Sanjay Hettige, Co-Chair of Doctor-In-Training Committee at AMA (NSW) will discuss the role of ‘doctors as leaders’, and how you can build a successful career from day one of your internship.

The Q&A session will be hosted by Jessica Rankin, Senior Workplace Relations Advisor – Careers at AMA (NSW). With a background in human resources across health and government, Jess has helped many doctors-in-training achieve their career goals.

Be a part of the conversation – find out how you can get involved as a doctor-in-training or medical student, and set yourself up for vocational training and career options.

Please pre-submit your question here or email us. We will collate the questions for the speakers to answer during the Q&A session. Make sure you tune into AMA (NSW) Facebook Page at 6:30pm on Wednesday 13 October.
