The methodology used in the Guidelines is largely based on the American Medical Association’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 5th Edition (AMA5).
Please note: a copy of the American Medical Association’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 5th Edition (AMA5) will not be supplied by AMA Training.
We recommend participants purchase a copy of AMA5 before attending the workshops.
Participants attending the visual system and psychiatry module must bring to the workshops the AMA4 guides to the evaluation of the Permanent Impairment 4th edition.
