The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team is pleased to present one of our most successful Workplace Relations events, the Practice Managers’ Masterclass, in Nowra on Friday 17 February 2023.
The Practice Managers’ Masterclass provides Practice Managers the opportunity to enhance their practical knowledge to help them in their role of conducting a successful and efficient medical practice, whilst building connections with other Practice Managers.
Attendees at our Practice Managers’ Masterclass events in 2022 have appreciated the opportunity to come together to build networks and foster relationships, especially after a number of challenging years.
The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations Team will be presenting on tips and tricks for recruiting staff, managing performance, managing terminations and unfair dismissal claims, difficult conversations with staff and patients, billing, and medico-legal risk management.
