The AMA (NSW) team is proud to present the first Practice Administration Masterclass on Thursday, 2nd of May at the Worrigee Sports Club, Worrigee NSW.
The Practice Administration Masterclass is targeted at Private Practice medical administration staff, including receptionists and medical secretaries. The AMA (NSW) Workplace Relations team will provide participants with the opportunity to connect with colleagues and develop their administration, interpersonal skills and medico–legal knowledge. Topics include:
- What makes a successful staff member?
- Customer Service & Communication
- Privacy & Confidentiality
- Understanding your Workplace Health and Safety Obligations
- Q&A
The day will be fully catered during Lunch and Afternoon Tea Breaks.
