What doctors at this hospital are saying

What do you value most about your hospital?

“The camaraderie of the ED team is fantastic and there is a great team of consultants pushing wellbeing.”

“Location, small enough that you get to know a lot of the registrars and consultants.”

“Free parking and location. They also pay overtime properly.”

If you could change three things at your hospital what would they be?

“Chronic understaffing and hospital executive mismanagement of providing adequate bed numbers and staff to keep up with expanding population.”

“More computers. More staff on busy rotations. Actually getting protected meal breaks without a pager/time to have a lunch break. It has been impossible on any rotation so far.”

“Weekend cover and support received. Not having JMOs cover night shifts. Pairing JMOs to do the weekend shifts rather than one intern covering four wards.”
